One photograph taken in Malta was seen years ago by the artist, and had imprinted itself in her mind. One day, she drew a dark brown background and a blue dress. As her work developed, flowers began to appear, transforming the painting further. What started as a memory of an old photograph became a unique artwork shaped by imagination. Here, a young woman sits in a sunlit meadow of wheat and wild poppies. The red blooms appear like scattered drops of memories and passion across the golden field. She is absorbed in her book, as if she has drifted into another century. She is reading not just a book; she is reading time itself as every page carries her deeper into the past. In this moment, she becomes timeless.
